In 2014, President Obama issued a challenge to cities, towns, counties and tribes across the country to create sustainable change through policies, programs and partnerships for young men of color. From there, the My Brother's Keeper task force was created. The MBK task force has been designed to remove barriers that young men of color face as well as building bridges for new opportunities. We have exciting opportunities and events planned that will give students in MBK the opportunity to let their talents be shown and known. With help from mentors in the community, they will set goals and receive support in pursuing them.
