BCSD Reimagined: Shaping Our Schools For The Future
On Thursday, December 14, 2023, residents of the Batavia City School District will have an opportunity to vote on the
BCSD Reimagined capital improvement project proposition.
The proposed project is designed to modernize our instructional spaces, optimize our building grade-level configuration,
and address high-priority facility needs throughout our District.

What is included in the project?
The project addresses various infrastructure improvements, asset preservation needs, and academic program enhancements across our District.
As we look towards shaping the future for Batavia City School District, this project will also prepare our school buildings for planned grade-level reconfigurations to maximize equity, opportunity, and educational outcomes for our entire student population.

How will this project affect my taxes?
It was a priority of the Board and our leadership team that this capital improvement project comes at no additional cost to our Batavia community.
