Student Acceptable Use Policy & Chromebook Expectations

Batavia City School District (BCSD) provides students with access to district technology resources, including Chromebooks, software, and Internet services, to support learning and educational goals. All students in grades K–12 are expected to read, understand, and comply with the expectations outlined in the Student Acceptable Use Policy.

Chromebook Expectations & Acknowledgment Policy
Grades 8–12 (Take-Home Devices)

Batavia City School District (BCSD) assigns district-owned Chromebooks to students in grades 8–12 for educational purposes. These devices are provided to support learning both at school and at home. Students who are issued a Chromebook are responsible for its proper use, care, and security at all times.
