  • Alyssa Antinore, Jeremy Mettler and Kristen Gomez worked with NYS Peer Review Trainers to teach the skill set to our students.

• A lot of hard work happening at the high school around PLCs!

• Mark Warren is doing a great job setting up WIN groups at the high school.
  • It is a complicated process trying to place every student in a  WIN group, and he is improving it every week.

• Thank you to the BHS staff who helped make our SEL Day for students this month a great day!
  • The students enjoyed all the different activities and had a fun time connecting with each other.

• BMS teachers and staff are raising awareness for breast cancer by wearing pink every Wednesday in October.  
  • As a breast cancer survivor, I sponsor October's dress down charity and send all donations to the Breast Cancer Center of WNY.

• Miss Ells 2^nd grade class filled up their "WOW" board (behavior chart) and earned a class pajama party!

• Each Friday we have been featuring two of our staff members on our video announcements.
  • Great for the students to get to know some of our "unsung heroes" of JK such as food service workers and custodians, etc.

• Carrie Wilson - Occupational Therapist at Jax,  is a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to support teachers and students.
  • She gives interventions that create a supportive classroom environment.
